Practice Facilities

One of our best kept secrets here at Seven Springs Golf & Country Club is our practice facility. The driving range is the perfect place to spend some time learning this great game, or fine tuning your swing. Our facility is second to none in conditioning of our driving range tee. The teeing ground is large, and the hitting area is always in excellent condition.

We feature 4 Target Greens and a hitting area that is 300 yards in length. You can work on the finesse part of your game to a target of 40 yards, or swing away with your driver or fairway wood to a target of 240 yards. We also have a large fairway bunker to practice those tough shots that can ruin your day if you haven’t practiced them in a while.

The hours of operation of the range are 7am to 6pm during daylight savings time, and from 7am to 5pm during the winter season. Practice balls can be purchased in the Golf Shop 7 days a week from 7am to 6pm. We offer two sizes of practice balls, large basket for $5.00 and small basket for $3.00.

We also have a huge practice putting green for you to work on that very important putting stroke. Master that valuable 3 footer, or learn to lag those 60 foot putts.

Instruction:

Private lessons are available from Head Golf Professional, Mark Haluska. Mark is a 25 year member of the PGA of America. He has been teaching players of all levels for 30 years.

Marks philosophy: Keep the game simple. Learn the fundamentals of the game and never take them for granted. The grip is the only contact we have with the club, so it must be correct. Most problems can be corrected by correcting the grip. Stance , Posture, Allignment, and Ball Position are the other 4 major fundamentals of this great game. Give yourself the opportunity to improve your game by signing up for some one on one instruction. This will be the best $ 40 you could invest in the future of your golf game.
