Finalizing your function prior to date of Event

* Full payment: Cash, check, or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only)

* Floor plan with number at each table

* Place cards

* Center pieces

* Guest book with pen

* Cameras for tables, if applicable

* Favors

* “Wishing well”(or container) for cards for gift table

* Cake topper

* Cake knife and server

* Bride and groom’s toasting glasses, if applicable

* Unity candles, if applicable

* Flowers for wedding party (can be brought same day)

* Three (3) days prior to your event,
final count of attendees must be called in This is the number you will be charged for. It must include how many people are having each of the Entree selections you have chosen (Buffets are exception, of course).
